Segue Systems is the Authorized Xerox Sales Agency in the cities of Edmonton, Calgary and their surrounding areas specializing in the small and midsize business markets. Our partnership with Xerox allows us to provide customers with local and personal customer service with the backing of a Fortune 500 company.
Who is my local point of contact?
Every single Segue Systems customer has a dedicated account manager assigned to them. If you are unsure who your account manager is contact us at 1-888-606-0077 and we will put you in touch with the right person.
Can Segue Systems get me out of my current printer or copier lease?
Yes! We have a program developed specifically for current customers wanting to upgrade their existing hardware or software early or for non-Segue Systems customers looking to get into Xerox hardware. Contact us for more info!
Will Segue Systems purchase an old printer or copier?
Yes! We will offer trade-in credit for most devices towards the purchase of new Xerox hardware.
Does Segue Systems offer training for Xerox solutions?
Absolutely! In addition to receiving on-site training for all new hardware and software sales, we also offer a no charge 30-day Easy Start digital support program intended for easing the transition into new Xerox solutions.
What else can I expect with my partnership with Segue Systems?
Biannual account reviews with your account manager, free printer loaner services, new app releases and updates with all AltaLink and VersaLink Products, and emergency toner deliveries for most devices.

About Xerox

Who is responsible for servicing our printers or copiers?
Xerox hardware and software support is maintained by Xerox. Both Edmonton and Calgary have large teams of dedicated Xerox technicians that support customers 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
How do I get a service technician in to fix my device?
Our service team can be reached at 1-800-275-9376 or by utilizing the ServiceNow app on newer Xerox devices. If your device is on Managed Print Services the appropriate phone number for service is 1-866-487-4239.
Do you use outsourced employees for your service department?
Both our Edmonton and Calgary service teams are entirely composed of Xerox employees. No 3rd party companies are sent out to fix devices in the field.
What do I do with my used Xerox toners and other supplies?
Xerox has a sustainable recycling program affiliated with Purolator that is offered free of charge for all Xerox consumables.
What is Xerox Intelligent Workplace Services?
Intelligent Workplace Services (or IWS) is a highly customized full-scale solution provided by Xerox that combines proprietary Xerox hardware and software with the ultimate goal of a achieving a more digital office. Segue Systems offers free consultations for anyone looking to digitize their workflows.
How long does it take for new hardware to be delivered?
Customization plays a huge factor in our delivery times. Typically the more customized a solution is the longer it takes for it to arrive, but generally less than 21 days.
