Automatic Toner Ordering

Toner is automatically ordered based on your device usage to ensure you receive supplies before you run out.

Waste Toner Containers

Waste Toner Containers do not follow the same Automatic Supply Replenishment process as toner. We recommend that customers always keep an extra Waste Toner Container on hand to help avoid any potential interruptions.

If Toner Stops Arriving

If toner is no longer being delivered automatically, this is typically due to an incorrect “on hand balance” in the system.

To resolve this:

  • Call the appropriate support number above

Xerox Cartridge Collection Program

We encourage you to recycle your used cartridges through your local recycling program or by using the complimentary Xerox Eco Box Program.
